My 7-year-old townhouse has timber cladding that needs oiling. I have cleaned the cladding already using a high-pressure washer. Could probably do with sanding as well, before the oil is applied. The old house need new painting, currently there are a few spot need paint right away, the paint is off, the wood is exposed. the scope will only be the ones in pictures, but there are more to be done, we can discuss on site.
