Hi - looking for quotes to paint the outside of a timber weatherboard. There’s 4 timber windows in total, the top of the gable side, the side and the rear. The existing weatherboards on the gable need some prep and filling. The lower side of the gable and the front of the house are already completed. I have a scaffold in place to reach the gable. The side of the house (approx 17m2) has been newly sheeted with cement fibre - screw holes etc will need to be filled. There’s 2 screens to also paint (see photos). There’s rear of the house is very small, but the new gazebo will need to be painted as well. I have one 10ltr tin of Dulux 1 Step Primer & Sealer. Top coat is a Porters colour. Happy for you to supply paint as well.

Sand and painting 3x walls in our home in preparation for renting it out. All paint and equipment supplied.

Edit: I'm told that I need to add some information to my brief, so let me advise that it is an older house and the ceilings are approx 2.9 m high. The sloped ceiling probably only requires touching up where there was a leak and that is at about the same height as the other ceilings. I have no equipment - ie paintbrushes, ladders, drop sheets etc. so you would need to have these. I'm happy to purchase the paint and undercoat. The ceilings will require prepping (ie sanding back all over as they're peeling in parts. The photo attached is a failing good indication of what the other two ceilings are like). I believe they will require a coat of Peel Stop before a couple of coats of ceiling paint. I'm seeking a painter to paint the ceilings of 3 rooms and another portion of a ceiling in another room which is slanted (it's the lower part of that ceiilng that needs painting - above the air conditioning unit). The paint is peeling in parts on the other three ceilings so will need to be prepped properly and a peel preventative used. I'm flexible about when it can be done, but of course sooner rather than later would be preferable.

Painting of a 4 bedroom house

I need four bedrooms and a hallway painted of a furnished house. There is a bit of patching needed where a wardrobe was removed (see photo), otherwise not too much patching

We painted the primary rooms ourselves when we first moved in, telling ourselves we'd finish the rest of the house later, but its been 2 years. Looking for someone to finish the job for us. Looking for someone to pressure wash the exterior of a townhouse. The back and front of the house and a small retaining wall.

I have a few tasks around the house which require repair. (1) There are 3 nail locks on the wall that need to be removed, patched up and paint over (I have the original paint of the wall) (2) Two coloured areas on the wall that require sanding and painting. Each is about 30x30 cm. Paint will be supplied. (3) One bi-fold wardrobe door is misaligned, therefore the bottom is hitting the floorboard when try to open. I believe the hinges of the door need to be tightened. Might have to remove and reinstall again (I will cover the cost of the replacement parts if it's required)
