Looking for an experienced trade painter to repaint the exterior architectural trims, gables, and fascias of a single-storey weatherboard home in Thornbury (see attached photos). Scope of Work: Front Facade: Paint front gable trims/battens, window awning/hood, timber window frames/sills, and lower plinth baseboards in a heritage muted olive green (per mockup image). Rear Facade: Paint rear roofline fascias, gable cladding/trims, window/sliding door perimeter trims, and lower baseboards. Side Laneway/Path: Paint metal/timber fascias, gutters, downpipes (changing over from burgundy), and lower baseboards along the side pathway. Prep Work: Light sanding, cleaning down surfaces, scraping loose paint, and spot priming where required. I am looking for a qualified painter to complete painting the full internal of my 4 bedroom property. The house will be vacant without any furniture. Painting must include 1. Walls 2. Ceilings 3. Skirting Boards 4. Patching/Repair cracks We will be using 2 different colours, one for the walls and a white for the ceiling. I can purchase paint or can reimburse to get a trade discount. Exterior House Repair, Prep and Painting

I’m looking for an experienced painter with an airless paint sprayer to paint the underside of my warehouse mezzanine black. The area is approximately 96 sqm with exposed joists and steel posts. A clean, even finish is important as this is a photography studio. I will upload an image of the space, and a render of what I want done.

Looking to get the gutters and fascia painted in Taubmans Dark Granite and the Soffit in a white on a single storey house. Can supply paint if preferred. Please indicate your actual quote in your offer

Paint two bedroom town house interior only including walls, ceiling, doors, window sills and skirting boards. There are a few small holes from painting that were hung that need to be filled before painting. Sticking to white. Drop sheets are required for the floor and furniture. Looking for walls, ceiling, skirting boards, doors & door frames. Looking for all prep, undercoat and 2 x coats on all areas. House hasn’t been painted in a while but in pretty good condition - just need some prep work to the plaster around stairs etc. There is a void over the entry so will definitely need ladders etc for access. Will be furnished & still lived in at the time so will need to move furniture to middle of the room and covered while we are here. Pictures will be taken off the wall.
