I need an approximate quote to get walls, ceilings, timber doors and frames painted, of a single storey house - 4 bedrooms (including big master bedroom & 2 WIR’s), 2 living areas, a hallway, a butler’s pantry, a laundry. - My understanding is that 2 coats will be required - Currently dark creamish/ light yellowish paint around the house, need it to be white. - Only ceilings of 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets and a powder room need to be painted as walls are covered with tiles and sheets. - Doors and frames have oil paint. - Paint can be provided if that works out cheaper. I am flexible with the job and in no rush to get it done, as we will still be living in the house.

I have a two bedroom double story townhouse which is currently vacant which needs to be painted (walls, ceilings, and window frames).
