Hi! We're looking to sell our house and have some odd job fixes to be done in next 2 weeks. 1. Floor tiling - Requires cutting 600x600mm tiles straight edges and grout. There are 19 pieces in total. Alfresco area with access to power and water. 2. Two small areas requiring cosmetic patching of ceiling cracks and painting. 3. 2 x Internal window edge trims has dried up damp patches require sanding, putty and paint. Paint and tiles supplied.
