I have a two bedroom double story townhouse which is currently vacant which needs to be painted (walls, ceilings, and window frames). While I don’t have any photos, it’s a rental property that has recently been vacated and I have removed the blinds and there is no furniture in the unit so it should be fairly straight forward. I am not sure what the cost would be so I’m starting the budget low until I get some offers so I know what this type of work costs.

We have a house that has just been vacated and unfortunately the walls/ceilings inside are a little run down. Nothing major - but hoping to find a local painter or someone happy to work in Hallam that can go through, room by room, bog up spots and freshen the entire house up with some fresh paint. Ideally someone who understands what is required and doesn't need to be micro-managed... just patch up the odd spots, picture hooks, holes and so on. The house is small, 70's built and a bit old. We're hoping to get the entire inside down - sot the living, dining, kitchen and some general areas throughout. But really looking for someone who takes initiative and if they find a problem - work to or fix it - rather than exclude it. Pretty straight forward- you'll have no problem with us and we'll pay well. I'll set the day rate at $500 and happy for cash as we go. House is empty and has electricity on, can work any hours/days you want but hoping to get started when we can. I’m after a quick one-coat wall paint job—just something simple to freshen up the place as we’re moving in. Not looking to spend too much, just want it to look clean and tidy with a fresh coat.
