I have a front and back merbau timber deck. They have wear and weather to the old stain last applied 8 years ago. I need them roughly washed and restained for my house to be sold. I have a 4 month old baby And am unable to do the job in the small time I need it ready by.

The old house need new painting, currently there are a few spot need paint right away, the paint is off, the wood is exposed. the scope will only be the ones in pictures, but there are more to be done, we can discuss on site. Need someone to spray some mould remover inside the shown closest. Just need to spray a few times inside.. all sides and the floor and wait until the spray does its magic, mould get bleached and turn white. I've done this many times before, just doesn't have time to do this time. Quote for labour only.
