Task is to spend 3 hours painting (using a roller) the ceilings of a house with undercoat (supplied). You are welcome to bring own painting equipment, or can be provided. Let's see how far you get with 3 hours. If you prefer longer (4+ hours), budget can be adjusted accordingly, please say in response. All rooms are empty and ready to roll. Ceilings are standard height. Drop sheets can be provided. Sunday afternoon after 3pm is preferred, or Monday morning is also possible.

I need some areas of my home sanded and varnished (either white primer to make it look a bit lime-washed OR regular primer, and then low sheen water-based finish). The boards are baltic pine. The total combined area is 100 m2. The sections are as follows: 1. Front section of the house (approx. 60 m2): includes one hallway and two lounge spaces. The floor here has a walnut stain. See images. 2. Back section of the house. Includes an open plan lounge and kitchen area. The boards here are raw, and have already been sanded (not varnished) some months ago. However they will most likely need going over again once, as we had to stop the sanding and live on the unfinished boards while we fixed a subfloor issue. So there are some marks. See images. (Let me know if you also lay carpet as we will need this in other areas of the house.)

Capping needed on from house beam approximately 3m long and 24cms wide. Finished rendering last week. Capping colour preferred is woodland grey.

I'm looking for someone to do some painting around my house, including my hallway, kitchen, and a second coat on a wall outside. All up I expect it might take one person 5-6 days, or a couple of people 2-3 days. All paint supplies/paint will be provided.

Our house is rendered and we want to change the colour We have paint already, just need someone to paint it

Apply decking oil. Deck will have already been recently pressure washed that day. Apply sealer to cover stain in ceiling. Source of stain has already been repaired. Repair plasterboard as necessary. and paint with matching ceiling paint. Remove tv wall bracket. Patch fixings and touchup paint in matching color to wall. Blend or repaint wall to degree necessary. Sand and repaint the entire door and frame. Outdoor acrylic white. No need to pull the door off. Just sand as touchup as best you can. Paint newly installed trim covering gap around beam to wall. Putty holes of fixings. Same color as door below. Outdoor acrylic white. Trim is not shown in the picture as it is yet to be installed by carpenter. See existing timber sleeper retaining wall shown in red below. Remove loose paint with hand wire brush. Apply “monument” color outdoor acrylic. Note: You would need to supply materials. There may be a little paint in the garage which you are welcome to use but I wouldn't count on it. You will definitely need to supply the decking oil, outdoor white acrylic, outdoor monument acrylic. And probably the indoor wall and ceiling paint (however that may be there, but I wouldn't count on so best to price in all materials) . I have a old cottage that needs one wall and a number of the windows to be prepped (paint removed and sanded) and painted. You will also need to color match and procure the paint which costs will be covered for.
