Scope at this stage: Main warehouse walls (to be painted): Three large internal walls, total surface area ≈818 m². • Each long side wall: ~45.9 m x 7 m • Rear wall: ~25.1 m x 7 m (The front wall is mostly roller doors and not included at this stage.) Structural beams (to be painted): Red steel beams/columns supporting the roof . Side rooms (optional): Several smaller attached rooms that may also be painted, or we may handle separately.
