Hi I need a price per day or a price per hour for a painter who is available next week to do some touching up in rooms in a home in preparation to sell a home. Some of the rooms have new plaster corners in them which would need to be under coated before painted And I would like a lot of trimming around the home to either be touched up or repainted. Happy to discuss this on the day when the person comes out. I believe there could be a few days work in it. Also if you have experience in oiling decks and wood features I can also give you that job as well, I would like someone who is reliable. I also have another property that I will be painting after this one so there could be ongoing works after this job is completed.

Paint interior - walls and ceiling - it will be newly plastered by the 25th April (it's currently brick so I haven't added photos as they will be changed to plasterboard). Flooring is going in on the 3rd so between the 25th April and 3rd May would be amazing. The hallway and toilet won't be plastered (they will still be brick) so a sprayer will be needed. All paint will be supplied.

I have painted one side of my house but didn’t have time to finish the other side which is weatherboard . I have used about 5 litres for the side and the under windows at the front I have painted by double coating but I still have about 7 litres of already tinted paint waiting to be used plenty for the unpainted side . I have fibercement filler for minor repair as well . So would like that unpainted side to be brushed cleaned and filled in fibercement repaired with the filler where needed and double coat painted .

Need the job that’s been started to continue. As you can see the back of the house photo I scraped did an hour non stop and got that much off, most of the paint is coming off easily as it’s flaking. Don’t have ti scrape off the areas where it is on completely (high up where the sun isn’t on the house I think the paint doesn’t require to be scraped if it is on solid. Please remove the paint (scrape) I have scrapers and gloves if needed. You will need a ladder 🪜 Thank you ☺️ .

Hey there, attached are photos of my 3 bedroom one bathroom , one toilet house. I'd like all the walls, woodwork and doors to be finished in lexicon quarter and ceilings finished in flat white. House is currently vacant and the job needs to be completed by the 15th of March. Carpets are going in on Saturday for the 3 bedrooms so ideally need someone asap to finish bedrooms before then.
