Painter to roll a living room ceiling - assessment attendance

I had my ceiling painted 2 weeks ago and water marks have come through again a bit. Roof fixed now so need ceiling painted urgently in 2 different rooms but I am hoping to only paint over the water marks as they are only slight. We readjusted downlights to fit ceiling fans. Holes were left after moving downlights. Need help to repair the holes and apply white paint. Seven holes altogether, please refer pictures to get some idea.
