I'm happy to purchase the primer and paint separately from the quote. The paint has deteriorated and needs to be redone properly from scracth in order to protect the timber. This will include: 1. Scraping off the paint 2. Sanding 3. Applying wood filler if needed 4. Applying wood primer 5. Repainting using high quality paint i will be providing 6. Applying a weatherproof sealant, once the paint has dried, could be done on another day

I require an experienced painter to help re coat moderately rotting window frames all on 2nd level of townhouse. 6 individual windows in total located at rear, side and front of house. Parts of pergola are also chipping so would be good to get that touched up as well. Not whole pergola, just affected parts mainly on the top of the timber frame.
