Paint 3 exterior window frames (pink parts)

Hi, we have two 40ft containers that need full external preparation and painting. These will be regularly transported and used at outdoor events, so we need a durable, professional finish that can withstand weather, transport and handling. For both containers, we require: * Full clean and preparation of all external surfaces * Removal of loose/flaking paint, rust and corrosion * Sanding/keying as required for proper adhesion * Rust treatment/inhibitor to all affected areas * Appropriate primer for galvanised/steel surfaces and exposed metal * Two finish coats of a durable exterior metal paint * Touch-ups/additional preparation as required for a consistent finish We also have external stairs with steel and timber balustrades that we would ideally like included. These are older/weathered and will need proper preparation rather than simply painting over the existing finish. For the stairs: * Steel cleaned back with rust/corrosion removed and treated * Appropriate galvanised/metal primer and durable exterior topcoat * Timber cleaned/sanded, damaged areas addressed, primed and painted with an exterior-grade system * Stair treads prepared and finished with a hard-wearing, non-slip coating suitable for high foot traffic and outdoor exposure The priority is durability. We want the correct preparation, rust treatment and primer system to minimise chipping, peeling and rust returning, particularly on the stairs, edges and high-contact areas. Could you please confirm: * Whether you can complete both the containers and stairs * What paint/preparation system and products you recommend * How many days you would need to complete the works * Drying/curing time before the containers can be transported and stairs handled/used Importantly, we need all works completed by 1 September, with enough curing time for the containers to be transported shortly after.

Around the windows the timber needs painting.

Please paint 1 exterior wall with the paint I will provide for you. The wall is approximately 6 metres long You will need to move 2 bins + the small things sitting there and put a cloth so paint doesn’t get on the concrete. Also I will pay $50 extra for you to take the items that are in the photo ( excluding the bins ) to the rubbish. THE SECOND PHOTO ARROWS DONT APPLY ( I’m just focusing on the wall )

Exterior House Painting – Victorian Weatherboard Home (~150m²) Inspect and finalise quote for the following works Scope includes all external painted surfaces including weatherboards, fascia boards, barge boards, eaves, window frames, doors, architraves, verandah posts, balustrades, exposed timber trim and downpipes. Contractor to inspect site prior to providing a final quote and satisfy themselves regarding access, quantities and site conditions. Quote shall include all labour, consumables, equipment and access required to complete the works. Preparation is critical and shall include: Washing all surfaces to remove dirt, mould, mildew and contaminants. Scraping and sanding all loose, peeling or flaking paint. Sanding gloss surfaces to provide a suitable key. Filling and repairing minor cracks, nail holes, timber imperfections, gaps between boards and localised timber deterioration. Sealing all paintable joints and gaps. Light sanding and preparation of recently replaced weatherboards. Suitable products include Timbermate Exterior Wood Filler, Builder's Bog and Selleys No More Gaps Exterior (or equivalent). Contractor shall protect adjacent surfaces, glazing, gutters and fixtures from paint contamination and reinstate any items removed for access. All bare timber, repairs and exposed substrates are to receive one coat of Dulux 1Step Prep (or equivalent primer), followed by two full coats of Dulux Weathershield in colours nominated by the owner. Finished surfaces are to have uniform colour and sheen and be free from runs, sags, lap marks, brush marks, blistering and overspray. Upon completion, remove all waste, leave site clean and rectify any defects identified during final inspection. Paint and primer will be purchased by the contractor and reimbursed at cost upon provision of receipts. Any unused paint is to be left on site. A detailed scope of works will be agreed prior to award.

Exterior House Repair, Prep and Painting

Back and 1 side of brick house needs to be painted white. Including window trims and timbers.

Door frame paint. Inside and outside of door. Total area about 5m2. We have the paint. Two colours. One inside and one outside.

Prep and paint existing weatherboard house on farm. Paint exterior, gutters and trims.

Paint newly rendered walls.

There has been some movement and there are cracks in the mortar on three walls. The walls have a light bagging finish. I need the cracks filled and the walls painted.

Need a second coat applied to the back wall. I will supply the paint.

Old outdoor windows frames need to be repaired and repainted. 10 panels of varying size in total across 5 windows (as seen in pictures). The gutters at the front and back of the unit also needs to be repainted. If possible, the plastic roof over the entrance alcove needs to be pressure washed as well. Happy to organise an inspection before a full quote is supplied if needed.

Done a lot of the house painting but need someone to assist in finishing it off
