I need my front exterior door prepared and repainted to make it presentable for sale.
The existing dark brown door has some paint scraped/chipped off, particularly around the bottom.
Please lightly sand/prep the damaged areas, fill/prime if required, and repaint the door with a suitable exterior paint for a neat, fresh finish.
Please include all paint, primer, materials and labour in your offer.
I am selling the house, so I'm looking for a good cosmetic result rather than extensive restoration.

I need the painted exterior areas around three upstairs dormer windows prepared and repainted. We are repainting the outside of the house bit by bit, and these three dormers are the next section to be completed. The aluminium window frames themselves do not need painting. I have already purchased the Dulux Weathershield paint for the job: • Beige Royal Quarter for the main dormer surfaces • Natural White for the white trim/bargeboards/fascia The job will need proper preparation including cleaning/pressure washing, scraping and sanding where required, minor filling/sealing, primer where needed, and a minimum of two full finishing coats with appropriate drying time. The main challenge is access. The three dormers are above a sloping tiled roof and there are overhead service lines visible at the front of the property. I’m looking for an experienced exterior painter who can work out a safe and suitable access method for the job. I will supply the finishing paint. Please include any access equipment/hire required in your offer. When making an offer, please let me know how you expect to access the dormers and approximately how many days you think the job will take. I’m happy to pay a fair price for the right person. Proper preparation and a good lasting finish are what I’m after.

Scope of Work:Paint gable trims/battens, window awning/hood, timber and rendered brick sections for front, back and sides of house. Prep Work: Light sanding, cleaning down surfaces, scraping loose paint, filling cracks and spot priming where required. We will provide paint. Painter to supply all brushes, rollers, masking, drop sheets, and ladders/scaffolding step platforms as required. Painter to provide evidence of insurance.
