Pressure wash ceiling of verandah; weatherboards and timber deck

We are looking for someone to help us patch some rendering in our backyard. The area is roughly 3.5 metres long and .5 metres high. A small 20cm x 10cm area at the front of our house also needs patching. Please note - the bolts that are shown in the pictures will be removed prior and we are planning to do the painting ourselves, we're just looking for help with the rendering at the moment. 😊 All offers welcome!
