Outside brick wall needs paint removed, timber at top removed and disposed of and flashing cleaned up / trimmed. Older brick and mortar. Prefer a method that doesn't result in paint stripping chemicals running into garden bed below. Removal / cleaning / disposal of paint residue etc too.

There has been some movement and there are cracks in the mortar on three walls. The walls have a light bagging finish. I need the cracks filled and the walls painted.

I have 8x wooden boxes / crates that hold vinyl records. I’d like to have just the outside of them painted gloss white for a nice shinny finish. Boxes are in an apartment. Will need to supply paint as well.

I require an experienced painter to help re coat moderately rotting window frames all on 2nd level of townhouse. 6 individual windows in total located at rear, side and front of house. Parts of pergola are also chipping so would be good to get that touched up as well. Not whole pergola, just affected parts mainly on the top of the timber frame.
