Need outside extension area of my house painted. Section of the house under cover and over deck. Paint provided (not tools though). Wall 1 (photos 1 and 2) Approx 5m wide * 2.7m high (minus windows), plus triangle area above roofline. Different colour for window trims and door. Wall 2 (photos 3 and 4) Approx 7.6m wide * 2.7m high (minus windows) plus 0.5m wide roof along the full length. Different colour for window trims. Wall 3 (final photo) Approx 3.8m wide (including adjoining small corner wall) * 2.7m high. Different colour for sliding door.

Hi there, We have an older style 70s small house, that's been given a exterior paint job this week - We actually already have a team of x2 painters painting finishing house TOMORROW- BUT we are seeking another team member because our extra guy cant make it at short notice job details/ requirements: - for 1 standard day's painting suppot labour. (x8 hours). - Exterior painting only - must be good with the more detailed items - window frames/gutters etc - must be efficient experienced painter. - ideally to supply own rollers /brushes (& ideally a standard A Frame ladder) - - we obviously cover all paint and job costs. So task just labout Job location: - Red Hill area - photos attached - ideally 8am start but can be 9/10am worst case. $500 for 1 standard day's labour. We had our balcony re waterproofed and tiled. During the removal of the old tiles some of the exterior cladding was impacted and broken off. We’re not looking for a perfect match in colour just a tidy up and patch job of the areas that are exposed. I will most likely paint over it anyway so will just require the repair work done. The tiles can be popped up as they sit on pods.

Require the exterior weatherboard on the 1st floor of the house to be painted as well as replace some rotten sections of board. There are also 10 window frames (various sizes) to be painted (same colour as weatherboard). I'll supply the paint, so please exclude that from your offer. Total approximate surface area ~60 meters squared. All of the rotten boards (as far as I can tell are on the south facing side of the property - see images).
