A wall that nobody sees needs painting. The house is single storey at the front and double storey at the back. This wall is double storey. I put a 4 litre bottle of weed killer on the ground so that you can gauge the size/height of the wall. I’m suspecting 3.5m x 8m. This wall is isolated & no-one ever sees this wall, so an EXACT colour match to the rest of the house, is not essential, so please feel free to use paint you already have. I did take scraping of the paint to Bunnings to get a colour formula for the paint. Unfortunately, the 2 big pieces of peeled paint that I took to Bunnings, were NOT exactly the same colour! WTH? I’ll attach the formula stickers that Bunnings gave me.

There are spots of paint on the front bricks on our home in Blackburn, from a messy window frame/ awning paint job. We want to clean the bricks up.

Colour: COLORBOND Surfmist Approximate area: 6.8 m² Budget: $500 including all paint and materials Scope of work The successful person will need to: - Thoroughly clean and prepare the existing soffit for paint - Prep surfaces where required, including filling any gaps - Check for and address any minor surface imperfections before painting - Apply a suitable exterior paint/primer system appropriate for the existing soffit material - Paint the soffit in Surfmist with sufficient coats to achieve an even, consistent finish - Carefully cut in around the brickwork, walls, fascia and other adjoining surfaces - Properly mask/protect all brickwork, windows, gutters, roof surfaces and surrounding areas and ensure there is no paint overspray or splatter on the brickwork or other surfaces - Clean up after the job and leave the area tidy The $500 budget is all-inclusive for labour, paint, primer (if required), masking/protection and all other materials are to be supplied by the person completing the job. Preference is for brush/roller application rather than spraying due to the proximity of the brickwork. If spraying is proposed, extensive masking and protection will be required to ensure absolutely no overspray reaches the brickwork, windows or surrounding surfaces. Please include in your offer: 1. Looking for an experienced/qualified painter to repaint the existing exterior painted areas of my home from Ironstone to Dulux Monument. The areas include the weatherboards/gables, fascia, gutters, downpipes, garage door, stairs/handrails and other areas currently painted Ironstone. Brickwork is not to be painted. The house is quite high in places, so experience working safely at height is required. The house has an established garden around it, so care must be taken to protect plants, trees and garden beds from paint and equipment. Please quote either with or without supply of paint. Quote to include preparation and all equipment. There will also be additional interior painting jobs available separately for the right painter.

I have had my double glazing installed so I now need the raw wood beading that goes around the external side of the glazing painted. It's 12 panels across the front that make up one large window set roughly 6m wide (all accessible from my balcony with a step ladder being sufficient) and 6 panels along the side of the block where a ladder is probably ideal but this side of the building is essentially ground level as the block rises from the front towards the back. Pics attached to show you what I mean in terms of the beading, you can see the wood that's been installed. I have the paint already.

I've cleaned and painted some of my eaves and fascia boards. But my ladder doesn't stretch far enough for the rest. Want someone, with their own ladder and insurance, to come and clean then paint my eaves and the high window frames/sills. See photos for the bits in red for what I need painted. The kid in the picture is 135CM if you want an idea as to how high the tallest bit is. I'd say you'll at least need a 10M latter, if not bigger, to get to it.

Require a tradesperson to do the following works on our external front house steps: - Strip remaining (old) paint off our front entry steps (NOTE: I already started stripping old paint but ran out of paint stripper, so most of this work is already done). - Fill side steps cracks - I have cement and Hydrocrete (OPTIONAL) - Prepare area for new paint works. - Coat of primer / sealant to prepare for painting.
