Exterior House Painting – Single Storey (Labour Only) Looking for an experienced painter to complete a small exterior painting job on a single-storey house. Job details: Approximately 40 m² of aluminium weatherboard to paint - it's covering only the front of the house, one side, and a single wall on the other side. Apply 1 coat of primer and 2 top coats. All preparation work has already been completed. Only window masking/protection is required before painting. Easy access around the work area. Paint will be supplied by the owner (labour only) Ladder required (property is slanted, so only part needs ladder) I'm looking for someone who takes pride in their work and can achieve a neat, professional finish. We are getting a new raw timber front door installed Friday 3rd July. We need it to be and varnished asap with an exterior grade clear finish.

There has been some movement and there are cracks in the mortar on three walls. The walls have a light bagging finish. I need the cracks filled and the walls painted.

Old outdoor windows frames need to be repaired and repainted. 10 panels of varying size in total across 5 windows (as seen in pictures). The gutters at the front and back of the unit also needs to be repainted. If possible, the plastic roof over the entrance alcove needs to be pressure washed as well.
