Need a painter to paint some exterior part of the house and inside the garage

I need some painting doing on the inside and outside of the house Inside is some walls and skirting etc Outside is the outside walls and window frames We can provide paint

repair the damaged exterior render/paint on this corner of my house.

6 outside windows need frames re painted and door frame at front door, 1x double window , 3 single windows, and 2 smaller windows , Have had glass replaced , will need prep only on the front door/three front windows/side window

Varnish on wooden windows frame need sand off and new coat of wood stain apply. The windows are on the second storey height of a double storey house, at 5-6m height. Total 3 windows frames on the 2nd storey - 2 facing the front the front of the house and one on the side of the house , light sand off the old varnish / stain on the window trimming and apply new coating. One section of trimming in picture have come off , can provide a separate quote for that - I would like that nail down or glue back and stain with varnish.

Paint external of property all render, 2nd level, all gutters windows and roller door. Original orange colours to be changed to charcoal and greys as per photos Paint to be included by painter

Looking for an experienced painter to repaint the complete exterior of a single-storey house in Kew. The $4,000 budget must include all paint, materials, labour, ladders and equipment. I will not supply the paint. Work includes: - All rendered exterior walls around the entire house - Weatherboards, eaves, fascia boards and previously painted exterior timber - Garage exterior and front gable - Pergola/verandah timber frame - Timber fences on both sides and at the rear, only on the surfaces facing our property - Front fence is not included - Remove fence vines where necessary - Clean and prepare all surfaces - Scrape and sand loose paint, fill minor cracks and prime where required - Apply two coats of quality exterior paint - Protect windows, brickwork, paving, plants and air-conditioning units - Clean up and remove all rubbish after completion The exterior walls and fences will be changed to new colours. Exterior House Repair, Prep and Painting

There has been some movement and there are cracks in the mortar on three walls. The walls have a light bagging finish. I need the cracks filled and the walls painted.

Old outdoor windows frames need to be repaired and repainted. 10 panels of varying size in total across 5 windows (as seen in pictures). The gutters at the front and back of the unit also needs to be repainted. If possible, the plastic roof over the entrance alcove needs to be pressure washed as well. Happy to organise an inspection before a full quote is supplied if needed.
