Old outdoor windows frames need to be repaired and repainted. 10 panels of varying size in total across 5 windows (as seen in pictures). The gutters at the front and back of the unit also needs to be repainted. If possible, the plastic roof over the entrance alcove needs to be pressure washed as well. Happy to organise an inspection before a full quote is supplied if needed.

We are looking to get the front of our shopfront painted in time for new opening on April 12th. One main colour with trim colour detail.

Paint small section weatherboard, fascia, eaves. Everything above windows, as windows already painted. All white (one colour). Include sanding, prep, caulking and 3 coats. Paint provided and big ladder here. Pascoe Vale South. Single story.

Every few years we repaint the exterior render at the front of our home. The render is a curved section at the front of the house. We also repaint other smaller rendered areas. All white. Single coat sufficient. Just a freshen up. There are timber windows but they will not require much prep. The job includes the rendered area where the steps are, as will as the render on the top of the front brick fence. This is a 3 or 4 day job. We have other painting jobs for the successful tender, but we will first see how this job goes.

I require an experienced painter to help re coat moderately rotting window frames all on 2nd level of townhouse. 6 individual windows in total located at rear, side and front of house. Parts of pergola are also chipping so would be good to get that touched up as well. Not whole pergola, just affected parts mainly on the top of the timber frame.
