Double story home in elevated position but have been advised that all windows are accessible via ladder and roof by another painter who is unable to complete within timeframes. Need 54 metres of gutters to be painted and on double story house. Two coats required 5.5m in height. I have 6 metre ladders if required Also need 20 metres of external eaves (2 coats)to be painted and cutting in on eaves for 54 metres. I have already painted the other 34 metres of the body of the eaves. Was unable to do the cutting in on eaves as I am not good at that height. Require some outside walls repainted with Dulux weather shield whisper white over pine weatherboards. I can supply the paint. As you can see from the photos a high ladder is required which I can supply. Some walls just need a couple of coats where paint is gone.

There has been some movement and there are cracks in the mortar on three walls. The walls have a light bagging finish. I need the cracks filled and the walls painted.

Old outdoor windows frames need to be repaired and repainted. 10 panels of varying size in total across 5 windows (as seen in pictures). The gutters at the front and back of the unit also needs to be repainted. If possible, the plastic roof over the entrance alcove needs to be pressure washed as well. I require an experienced painter to help re coat moderately rotting window frames all on 2nd level of townhouse. 6 individual windows in total located at rear, side and front of house. Parts of pergola are also chipping so would be good to get that touched up as well. Not whole pergola, just affected parts mainly on the top of the timber frame. Please note I have Monument paint alressy but don’t have equipment. Tasker must be insured and also access to a ladder large enough for access. Any questions please let me know
