We have a house renovation project in Preston and need an experienced professional painter with excellent attention to detail to complete some remaining painting and repair work. One side of the house: Existing weatherboards were not replaced. They need to be sanded, repaired with exterior-grade putty/filler where required, properly prepared and painted. 3 exterior doors and door frames: Paint the exterior side only. Exterior middle panel: One panel/section was missed during the previous painting and needs to be painted. Small laundry: Very small laundry area needs minor repairs and repainting, particularly around/next to the light switch. Minor touch-ups: A few small areas around the house need minor repairs, filling and repainting. Please check ALL photos carefully before making an offer. The side of the house is elevated/high because there is a retaining wall underneath. You must be comfortable and properly equipped to work at this height. You are responsible for bringing the correct ladder/access equipment required to safely complete this section. Please do not accept the job and then say the side of the house is too high or you don't have the correct equipment. Check the photos carefully and only make an offer if you are confident you can complete the entire job. Materials & Equipment I will supply the paint. Job 1: Sand and repaint areas of the ‘studio’ pergola and exterior walls. The studio is 6mx6m. The attached pergola is also 6mx6m. Both weather damaged. Need selective sanding and second coat on both. Scaffold supplied. If satisfactory, second job to follow on main house. I have a exterior walls, fascia and soffit boards needing painted. I will provide the paint. Single storey house and only some walls need done. I estimate it’s 3 days work. Got a painter for whole job, but he didn't have tall ladder, so couldn't finish the paint on weatherboard and eaves as in picture, also both sides of chimney, important to note, there are two sides of house with similar weatherboard, pictures are attached. Walls are already completed, looking for a painter who has 5metres+ ladder to complete this job. I have already bought four litres of paint.

Back and 1 side of brick house needs to be painted white. Including window trims and timbers.

There has been some movement and there are cracks in the mortar on three walls. The walls have a light bagging finish. I need the cracks filled and the walls painted.

Need a second coat applied to the back wall. I will supply the paint.

Old outdoor windows frames need to be repaired and repainted. 10 panels of varying size in total across 5 windows (as seen in pictures). The gutters at the front and back of the unit also needs to be repainted. If possible, the plastic roof over the entrance alcove needs to be pressure washed as well.
