I need the exterior of my 3 bedroom house prepared for painting. House is Brick but with wood trim. Gutters will need to be wiped down with a sugar soap or something similar to prep for painting. Wood will have to be patched and sanded and cleaned where needed in order to be ready for painting. Some wood rot will need to be repaired and some wood trim near the tiles may have to be removed. Areas to prepared for paint are House, Carport and back Veranda. This includes Gutters & Fascia’s.

RAFTER PAINGIN: We need some rafters painted in our Alfresco area painted BEFORE Monday 15th December 2025 (deck being sanded 15/12/2025). Two coats and we supply the paint (area is undercover and mostly protected from rain). Will need own scaffolding and/or ladders (although we have one ladder approximately 2m tall).
