I would like to get my 3 bedrooms house painted plus the back deck to be oiled

Our deck needs painting. This includes balustrades, railings & half walls. * The timber deck is not to be painted - just balustrades & support posts * Total surface area to be covered is approx. 71m (squared). Colour-matched to house. We are hoping this to be completed within 3 weeks - depending on how friendly the weather is.

Wash deck ceiling. We have a high pressure hose and extendable pole with scrub for you to use

Clean and stain of outdoor timber deck, stairs, posts (floor to ceiling), railing and skirting.

Need outdoor timber railings and entry deck sanded back and stained. Apx 50m of railing with posts and 30sqm of decking

Deck is a year old. I have the cleaning acid and integrain oil which should be enough. I also have a pressure cleaner. Area is around 40msq. Mostly it's the floor and rails that need doing. There's power and water easily available, and I'm completely flexible on the time as I work from home.

1. Decking on 3x8 afresco, concrete floor 2.dekcing on side of house, include covering gap between retaining wall and fence.

Sand back, prep and re-oil two coats on all woodwork (hand rails, doors, window trims) as highlighted in RED in pictures. And repaint the front facing and side grey boards. I will provide water based decking oil but not grey paint. So please quote it without decking oil but to include similar grey paint on front facing board.

Have cleaning product and oil

I am needing a deck extended. The measurements are 6.1 meters long and 4.6 meters wide. We have a Merbau deck and beed the same extended

We need our deck furniture clearing off the deck, the deck sanded back, cleaned with deck cleaner, and two coats of stain applied (please advise which brand you recommend). Deck/rubbish cleared from site at completion and furniture put back into position (I have a bad shoulder and can’t lift anything heavy, otherwise I’d help!) No materials included. Note the deck has been hand screwed. Deck is quite large and requires the edges done by hand with a brush as it connects to pool tiles. - Due date: Before Saturday, 6th Nov 2021

Deck, railings and stairs need sanding and oiling. Preference is for separate quote for sanding and oiling and as we are happy to oil and paint ourselves. Deck is 6m x 7m and stairs are 4.8m long.

We need someone to sand a paint our deck with a darker charcoal or grey colour if possible

Hardwood deck in great condition eg no nail punching, wood repair etc. Needs sanding and then 2 x coats of supplied stain. Deck is 5m x 4.5m that tapers to 4m on same side. Only 2 x 100mm x 100mm posts to go round, nothing else. There is a 7cm drop to a tiled area on the 4m side that facia board would need sanding too (can be seen in photo). Posts to also be sanded and stained with supplied stain. I am happy to supply the stain, probs Intergrain as very long lasting. - Due date: Before Sunday, 31 December 2023

Sand and varnish outdoor deck. Approx 150m2. A few minor patches needed. Must use brush sander given exposed screw heads. - Due date: Before Friday, 22 December 2023
