I do not have picture as this is a new built and Key handover is tomorrow morning. I need someone to start the job tomorrow afternoon. I have posted this job before and got some offers unfortunately the key handover took longer than expected but now i have a fixed date which is tomorrow morning.

We had a leak in the roof which came through the nail holes in the ceiling. A building inspector has said the ceiling is fine. It just needs patched up from below and repainted the entire ceiling which is roughly 10m x 4.7m Paint needs to be supplied by you. Solver WA white -
