Looking for a general handyperson or painter (don't need to be a professional painter) to do a quick job painting a 3.7m by 4.9m room (less door, windows, cupboards etc). The main wall already has one coat so needs a 2nd coat and 2 coats for the rest. Not needing anything professional or perfect, just need to get a new color on the walls (and not on roof or trims etc etc) in any reasonable fashion. All equipment supplied, looking for labour to sand and paint front picket fence, two paint colours. Roughly 30-35 mtrs, 1mtr high. Once sanded, fence pickets to be sprayed with two coats, and then once sanded the posts and rails to be painted with brush, two coats. All paint, sanding equipment and painting equipment supplied for the job. I estimate 3-4 days to do the job, maybe done quicker. The date for the task is only an estimate, would like done within two weeks after Xmas.
