We’re selling our apartment and we need touchups to the ceiling paint in the living room and the bathroom as well as as well as a few patches on walls. We also want to consider replacing our mirror in the bathroom. We do have matching paint but it is 3 years old.

Seeking a painter to repaint a two bedroom apartment (about 65 m2). It was painted prior to purchase without sealing and some cigarette stains/odour are seeping through. The painting would need to include a stain blocking primer (Zinser or similar) and topcoat, and use of quality (Dulux) paints. Will include some prep, cleaning walls (ceiling recently replastered), and door and window frames.

Looking for someone to come into our newly purchased two bedroom apartment and remove the popcorn ceiling. Internal size is approximately 53sqm. We are looking at getting a false ceiling installed to hide popcorn/vermiculite ceiling. The apartment is approximately 66 square metres of internal space. Must have relevant licensing/insurance as it is an apartment in a strata building. Happy to send through photos and a floor plan if needed for quoting purposes.
