We recently renovated our kitchen, just need a neat painter to paint a small amount of kitchen, dining room up until the hallway. Would like to also paint ceiling and skirting boards. White paint will do - I can supply if cheaper.

The floor is less than two years old. There are patches that look like the the polyurethane coating was not applied thick enough. In the kitchen area particularly the coating looks patchy. I have enough of the paint to do the job, but I need someone who is experienced in using the material to put on an even overcoat.
