External arcs, window frames, trim areas of double storey brick veneer home in Valentine

There is a tiny whole in my wall that has been mostly patched up, just maybe need a little bit of plaster and some paint before an inspection tomorrow

We need some internal painting completed: 2 x door trim from newly installed sliding doors Cornice and small amount of wall from newly installed cupboard. Door trim for 3 x internal doors A section of wall 2m x ceiling height Section of wall 2.5 x ceiling height Few random touch up bits. Would think it would be a days work possibly two.

Roughly 7 hrs of work, materials and some tools supplied. Office in Mayfield west needs some finishing touches. Paint trim, paint 2 doors, paint 4 steel columns, hang one door (supplied), install one bench (material supplied). Just minor painting work and little bit of carpentry in an office in Mayfield west.

Removing lead containing paint from the exterior of the house and then repainting it. Will need a ladder. There are two areas. 1/about 3m height but quite narrow area. The paint will need to be scrapped off and repainted. 2/higher up. Maybe 5m. Just needs to be painted over. I've got the paint.

Wipe off any sand or dirt by cleaning the surface. Using a roller and small brush cut in and coat the wall with primer. I think this would take max 3.5 hours.

We need this newly installed wall of V-Groove panels to be gap-filled and painted. Should be a fairly simple job. Walls are 3m high at the highest point, and the width of the wall is about 9m. We will supply paint, but your own painting tools (i.e. brushes, rollers, gap-filler etc) are required.

Small patches of paint came out from certain rooms in aparment. Shouldn't take more than 5 to 10 mins to do it. But im busy so you also need to come and take a sample to bunnings to match the paint. Happy to pay $70 plus whatever it costs to get the paint. As its a very minor job.

I need the last portion of my house painted. I will supply paint, I have brushes/rollers. The issue is access on a slanted block. House is only single level but still out of reach. I have been quoted for scaffolding which was expensive, testing the waters to see what having the job finished would cost. As pictured, only the final portion of two sides of the house. Everything else is done.
