Scope of Work: * Surfaces: Painting internal walls only. Ceilings, doors, and trim do not need to be painted. * Prep: Minor sugar soap wiping and patching a few minor picture hook holes. * Materials: I will supply all the paint. Requirements for the Painter: * Must bring your own professional tools (rollers, brushes, extension poles for the stairwell, tape). * Must provide high-quality dropsheets to completely protect the timber floors downstairs and carpets upstairs. * Please provide photos or examples of previous residential painting work.
