Hi we are looking for internal paint of 4 rooms with 17 walls total plus ceiling. Paint is mostly in good condition but some areas on ceiling and internal window sills a bit flaky. We're open to providing the paint if this helps but happy for you to quote on both with and without paint.

Paint a one bedroom apartment including Lounge, Bedroom, Kitchen (including kitchen cabinets), Bathroom, Toilet. Apartment is approx 56sqm. It is a first floor apartment with easy access and onsite parking provided. To be painted white, including walls, ceilings, skirting boards, architraves, trims, etc. Quote must be for labor and preparation inclusive of Airtasker fees. You will be required pick up the paint from the local Paintright store located 3.9km from the apartment OR you may also supply paint which can be worked out after the task is assigned. Paint requested is Haymes Ultra Premium Expressions range. Ceiling, walls and trim are all to be in Modesty White. Must have an ABN and be able to provide an invoice on completion. Task needs to be completed by this Sunday 25th July as the floorer is coming in on Monday to replace the floors in the bedroom, lounge and kitchen.
