There are a couple of patches on the wall which needed to be tidied up. We did paint it already but there is some minor detail which needs to be smoothened (look for area just above the switch, ignore the hole).

Please quote for cleaning and 2 coats of decking oil. Deck is approx 10m x 2-3m. Made of Jarrah. May need minor repair ie re-nailing boards.

Need the gutters, eaves and weatherboard features painted in Tauban’s Trendy. Some areas have had one coat done already, but others non. We are putting house on market and need this job finished by Monday 6 May. Please note, some areas of house are 6 m high.

Painting guttering - home. Double story over garages at one end. Current paint severely deteriorated /peeling.

Sand 2 x half stair cases. 4 risers each (8 in total) approx 900mm wide. Old stairs need sanding back ahead of revarnishing. Will need decent quality sander to complete the job.

We need a bedroom painted, including prep and 2 small patches required (1 on wall; 1 on ceiling approx 20-30mm wide). 3 1/2 walls, ceiling and cornice (not requiring painting of wardrobe doors, architraves or skirting). Dulux water-based primer and paint provided. Might lead to more painting tasks in future.
