Paint soffits of house with one coat of white paint and paint some external rendered walls. You will need a ladder to reach double storey in some areas which have easy access and in other areas there is scaffolding set up.

About 15 sq m of interior wall painted

A liitle bit of sanding required. Probably only needs one coat. Using same colour it is currently painted

Need someone to supply (Dulux) and paint newly plastered walls in small bathroom and ensuite prior to tiling so no need to drop sheet. Yellow highlighted area of walls will be tiled up so no need to paint.

Looking for someone to supply paint plus paint approx 90 m2 of ceiling. We have had some ceiling plastering done and of course now they need to be repainted. Walls done recently. There is furniture in the unit, but a lot of items in storage, so not as much to contend with. Looking for quote to paint lounge/dining, kitchen, one bedroom, bathroom and half hallway.
