Area Details (Approx. 40 sqm Total): 35 sqm: Existing concrete/paver base (very stable, needs basic cleaning). 5 sqm: Existing patch of dead/removed natural grass (requires minor leveling/compaction and weed barrier installation). Materials Supplied by Me (The Poster): Artificial Grass Rolls (ready to be cut and laid). Weed Barrier/Mat (for whole area). Required by Tasker (The Installer) / Included in $1,000 Budget: Preparation: Minor leveling/compaction of the 5 sqm soil patch.
