Hi there, We’re looking for a landscaper for a pretty basic job in Bentleigh East. We’ve received a quote which I’ll leave a photo of below for reference on what needs to be done. To clarify, we are selling our house and need the following done to fix up the front yard and make it look exactly like it previously did. Current grass trimmed back as far as possible, new soil laid on top and then new grass laid on top. We don’t want exisiting soil/grass dug up and removed as this will cost more. We want white pebbles lining the outside of the grass (as pictured). This is what our front landscaping looking like but it’s all grown out/over and needs to be redone. The side trees the line the front driveway have mulch around them, this needs to be tidied up with some new mulch added. This is a townhouse and our neighbour wants their garden done too.
