I recently got a new mac computer and have had to add in my email signature again (into Mail App). The size of the signature (which has an image) is playing up and seems to be enormous every time I send something. Wanting someone to help fix my email signature, making sure embedded links are working etc. Have attached a before and after picture in description.

You may complete one or both. Task 1 – Secure AI Support: Assist to be able to completing uploading folders / files and using a secure AI platform. Must advise on tools that avoid cloud storage and protect sensitive data (e.g. Claude, Perplexity, Chat Gpt). No freezing or loss during upload. Ensure tools do not store, scan, or publish any of the documents. Skills preferred: • Experience with AI privacy or secure data handling • Upload troubleshooting Estimated time: 1–2 hrs . The estimated time is indicative only and may vary depending on your experience and expertise. 🔹 Task 2 – SMS & Contact Recovery: complete , recover and verify SMS/text messages, all data contacts, and media from a mobile phone. Must ensure messages are all complete, matched to contacts, and printable to pdf and words (e.g. either via paid SMS Backup & Restore GilApps – Yellow Icon and or SMS Backup & Restore” by SyncTech Pty Ltd ). witch ever app gives all printed texts, including all data, photos, and videos. May need to contact the app’s support team. Skills preferred: • Familiar with Android phones (e.g. Samsung) • Text recovery & export • Support follow-up (if tool fails) Estimated time: 1–2 hrs The estimated time is indicative only and may vary depending on your experience and expertise.
