Task Description We have recently relocated to a new office and are experiencing several issues with our built-in wall network ports. We need an experienced, licensed data cabler or telecommunications specialist to inspect, troubleshoot, and repair our network infrastructure. The Specific Problems: Dead Ports: A few wall ethernet ports have no connectivity at all. Speed Issues: A few ports are operating at severely degraded/incorrect speeds (e.g., dropping to 10/100 Mbps instead of Gigabit). Scope of Work: • Inspect the central patch panel / network rack and trace the faulty drops. • Test wall ports and patch panel connections using a professional digital network/cable tester. • Re-terminate, re-punch down, or replace faulty RJ45 wall sockets or patch panel modules where required. • Verify that all repaired lines successfully support correct data speeds and deliver PoE where neede

1. To locate the cables in three Reolink cameras, find the reset button, so we can then connect to the Reolink app. All three cameras are connected on walls outside and will need someone to uninstall to locate cables. I will.post pictures of the cables, as supplied by Reolink. 2. To open our Solar edge and reset it to connect it to our new wifi so we can add it in the app. 3. To connect the Mitsubishi electric ducted aircon to our new wifi so we can connect in app. You will need to connect via an interface. We have searched in the roof but can't find out. The previous owners told us it was there. All in all, we need someone who has experience with these types of tasks and experienced with electrics. Please ensure you understand the three tasks and can help us.
