I need to bring a new Fiber data cable inside the house because NBN decommissioned the copper. I currently have the copper cable which is cabled to the house inside the conduit that is laid under the concrete pad. The copper is live but NBN would not activate it. and insist on bringing the copper in. There are 2 other redundant cables in the conduit (foxtel and something else), both can be removed. The both ends of the cables are available, but when we pull either end, nothing is moving. The conduit is under the cocrete pad, so no chance to dig it out. Need some skill to remove the existing cable and pull through the new cable to make sure that a new cable can be pulled through. The distance from outside to inside switchboard is about 7-9metres. It is a job that may require inspection and paid upon successful completion. pls let me know if you have any questions

I need an existing phone jack (RJ11) re-terminated to ethernet (RJ45) at both ends — one in the garage and one in the living room. The cable is already in the wall from the builder, just needs the connectors swapped and tested. Quick easy job .

Looking for a licensed telecommunications/data cabler to supply and install 3 Cat6 data points in a double-storey house. Job Scope: Point 1 & 2: 1x data drop to Room A, 1x data drop to Room B. Terminate to Clipsal Iconic single gang wall plates (or equivalent quality). Point 3: 1x ceiling/wall data drop terminated with a male RJ45 connector for a Wi-Fi Access Point. Terminate all 3 runs at the central hub location. Test and verify all connections upon completion (TCA1 compliance form required). Site Details & Access: House is double storey, but access is straightforward. Existing cable pathways/cavities are already accessible, making wire pulling significantly easier than a standard retrofit. All hardware (Cat6 cable, Clipsal Iconic wall plates, jacks/mechs, RJ45 plug) to be supplied by installer. Requirements: Must hold an ACMA Cabling Provider License (registered/licensed cabler). Must provide own tools, testing equipment, and materials.

I use a SanDisk SD card in my canon g7x camera. Yesterday, I took some photos, but when I tried to transfer them to my phone today, my phone wouldn't detect the card. I then put the SD card back into my camera, but it came up with an error message. When I plugged it into my laptop, a DCIM icon appeared, but instead of opening as a normal folder, it showed up as an executable file. I'm concerned that my photos may have been corrupted or that there's an issue with the SD card. Is there any way to recover the photos?

I have a Facebook account that I can no longer log into. The last time I used this account was roughly back in 2020. I’m unsure of what phone number and email address is associated with the account but that information doesn’t matter because when I attempt an account recovery the only option it gives me is to enter the password which I don’t know and cannot reset the password due to not having access to whatever the mobile number and email address is. I have attempted numerous password combinations that I believe may have been set, I have attempted speaking to MetaAI for recovery options, reporting a “hacked” account for a recovery process but nothing has been successful. Unfortunately there is no way of emailing or contacting any other support for this matter so I’m starting to think this is impossible to find a solution for. The other thing is that I have never logged into the account with any of my current devices so none of my “log in data” is stored for any sort of potential recovery. If someone knows how to bypass this, you’re a life saver!!
