I need important photos and work files recovered from a LaCie Rugged USB-C external HDD. The drive powers on and spins normally, but isn't detected as a drive on two different computers. It doesn't appear in Finder, Disk Utility or diskutil list. The computers recognise the LaCie USB device, but not the actual storage drive. I've used the original cable and haven't formatted, initialised or run any repair software. Data preservation is extremely important, so I need someone experienced in professional data recovery.

I have an established website, product range and logo, but want a fresh, modern and professional look without necessarily starting from scratch. I also need my existing logo professionally fine-tuned and final artwork prepared for business cards, letterhead, email signature/footer, website, social media and professional printing. Looking for data cabler to tidy up some ports in a home network. We have one cat6 Ethernet cable behind a blank wall plate that needs to be terminated and a wall port installed. We have 3 other wall ports that need re-terminating. The port reaches the switch enough for PoE detection, but the Ethernet pairs aren’t negotiating. I have mapped the network and have an Omada PoE switch and can show exactly which ports/runs are involved. No new cabling required.
