I need an experienced email deliverability specialist to properly configure my new Brevo SMTP account for maximum inbox placement. What I need done: Complete domain authentication in Brevo Correct SPF record DKIM setup and verification DMARC policy setup Any additional Brevo-specific records SMTP configuration for transactional + bulk sending Correct from-name, reply-to, and bounce handling setup Deliverability optimisation Warm-up IP/domain reputation checks Testing & proof - Provide Video showing Send test emails to major providers (Gmail, Outlook/Hotmail, Yahoo, Apple Mail, etc.) with successful inbox vs spam placement Confirm authentication is passing (SPF/DKIM/DMARC) Documentation Clear written summary of every DNS record added/changed Final Brevo SMTP credentials and settings Any ongoing maintenance recommendations Requirements Proven experience with Brevo / Sendinblue or similar ESPs (SendGrid, Mailgun, Postmark, Amazon SES) Solid understanding of email authentication protocols and real-world deliverability Brief examples of previous Brevo or ESP deliverability work Estimated time to complete I am not looking for a general “website guy” or someone who just “sets up SMTP credentials”. I need someone who understands inbox placement.

I’m an Occupational Therapist with a private practice using Zanda (formerly Power Diary). I would like an experienced Zanda user to log in remotely and configure my NDIS billing properly so everything is set up correctly. Tasks include: * Setting up Session Pack templates. * Configuring time-based billing and decimal quantities. * Ensuring therapy, Non Face-to-Face (_NF) and Provider Travel (_PT) services invoice correctly. * Updating my existing service items if required. * Making sure invoices comply with the current NDIS claiming requirements. * Testing the setup to ensure it works correctly. * Providing a handover of what was changed. I’m looking for someone who has real experience with Zanda/Power Diary and NDIS allied health billing (OT, Speech, Physio or Psychology). I can provide: * Remote access via Zoom/Google Meet or AnyDesk/TeamViewer (whichever you prefer) * Access to my NDIS service items and current setup. Ideally I’d like this completed over the next week Please only apply if you’ve previously configured Zanda/Power Diary for an allied health practice using NDIS billing.
