**Need Remote IT Support – Epson EcoTank ET-2810 Printer Setup (Windows 11)** Looking for an experienced IT support person who can assist remotely via TeamViewer, AnyDesk, Quick Assist or similar. Issue: * Epson EcoTank ET-2810 printer connected to Wi-Fi. * Printer has a valid IP address and is responding to network pings. * Printer prints network status pages successfully. * Windows 11 laptop can see the printer but installation continually fails. * Unable to print from laptop or iPhones. * Need printer fully configured and operational on laptop and mobile devices. What I've already done: * Installed latest Epson drivers and utilities. * Confirmed printer is connected to home Wi-Fi network. * Confirmed printer IP address is active and reachable. * Attempted Windows printer setup multiple times using automatic discovery and IP address methods. Requirements: * Diagnose and resolve printer connectivity issue. * Configure printer correctly on Windows 11 laptop. * Enable printing from iPhones/iPads via Wi-Fi/AirPrint if supported. * Verify successful test print before completion. Preference: * Remote assistance preferred tomorrow (16 June) Please advise your experience with Epson printers and Windows 11.

We are a professional services Business that's expending and we need to set up an Intranet and integrate a few Applications to establish an Intranet portal to all the things we do to manage our operations. The core platform will be SharePoint and Teams and Outlook connecting in white labelled applications for Training, Time Recording and a Mobile App (or 2).
