Hi, I need 2 handymen to help with some work in my roof cavity. ​Main Tasks: ​Insulation: Install insulation batts for a ~150sqm roof area. All materials are already on-site. ​secure pipe clip: While in the roof, I need you to secure/tighten some loose water pipe clips/brackets to prevent the pipes from rattling. (I will provide the clips if needed, please let me know). Requirements: Comfortable working in roof spaces/confined areas. Please bring your own PPE, ladder, and a head torch. You will need basic tools (like a screwdriver or drill) for the pipe clips.

Installation of underfloor insulation batts between timber floor joists. Area is approx 60m2. The ground is sloping so the clearance at the lowest point is approx 650mm meaning you will need to install by crawling/on hands & knees. As the ground falls away you can crouch/stand. Insulation batts will be supplied.

I’m fixing a study (standalone) and require services for removing and disposing of colorbond cladding, insulation and any other cladding that is in place. Access is good for most of the building. One wall is close to a rock face, but can still be accessed (externally and internally). Two of the walls are easily accessed via a deck. The ridge height is about 3-3.5m off the ground. Access to the study is via a side walkway out to the front of the house. I would also like the disposal of old timber skirting boards, plywood and v groove panels. See pictures for your reference.

Please check for any animals in the roof and whether there is proper insulation - I am a tenant in this house so don’t have the key to the manhole so need to be able to find a way to access.
