The ground is sloping so the clearance at the lowest point is approx 650mm meaning you will need to install by crawling/on hands & knees. As the ground falls away you can crouch/stand. I’m fixing a study (standalone) and require services for removing and disposing of colorbond cladding, insulation and any other cladding that is in place. Access is good for most of the building. One wall is close to a rock face, but can still be accessed (externally and internally). Two of the walls are easily accessed via a deck. The ridge height is about 3-3.5m off the ground. Access to the study is via a side walkway out to the front of the house. I would also like the disposal of old timber skirting boards, plywood and v groove panels. See pictures for your reference.
