Hi The roof ceiling insulation base ziplock was cracked due to stepping on it while trying to retrieve a dead mouse. The crack is about 2m x 2m Need the base to be fixed with same material.

I need foam insulation tubes (with split down the side) installed on the hot and cold water pipes in my roof. I will supply all materials, equipment and dust masks etc, all I need is your labour. I’m old and have a bad back so can’t do the work, this would suit a younger, flexible person.

Supply and install Batts at R4 mimimum

Install 15 bags of underfloor insulation batts. Crawling space under floor. Including strapping to holdup batts.

I've got r7 roof/ceiling batts and R2.5 underfloor batts from earthwool. Only have personally completed under half the house. Still roughly 44m2 to install there. I've got strapping and but my staple gun and staples probably aren't the best, so I'd expect installer to use their own staple gun and staples. My ceiling is currently a mixture of R2.5 insulation, old 80s insulation above the main bedroom or no insulation at all. I would need this more or less removed and swapped in with the r7 batts. Roughly 84m2. We'll be doing kitchen and dining renovations soon, final dates being organised. We can line up our skip bin hire with this work. Happy for work on ceiling and underhouse be done on different days. Flexibility on install for mid April to mid May. When we know when our skip bin hire is this may narrow this timeline. Roof access through bathroom will require ladder to reach a 2.7m ceiling height. We do have some downlights that can't be covered we will note this on arrival. Underfloor access is very easy from both sides of the front sides of the house. I may be able to assist in some basic ways.

Looking for an experienced handyman or insulation installer to replace damaged ceiling gyprock and install foil insulation under the roof (as per attached photo). Scope of work: • Remove damaged ceiling gyprock • Supply and install new gyprock/plasterboard • Tape, set, and sand joints (ready for paint) • Install foil board / sarking insulation under roof rafters (like existing in photo) • Secure insulation neatly between timber framing • Re-inforce the rest of ceiling and set finish. Clean up and dispose of waste

I am looking for someone to complete the installation of subfloor insulation at my property. The total area is approximately 80 square metres. I have already completed most of the work in the lowest section of the subfloor, where the clearance is around 80 cm. The remaining area has more workable access, with subfloor heights ranging up to approximately 2 metres. The insulation products being used are Polyester Underfloor Insulation Rolls and Foilboard Green Insulation Panels.
