My mother in law has an Optus fetch system that has already been set up with her tv and internet. However we are looking after the house every Saturday and the system has disconnected. I have photos to show the error message. The wires are all still there, I just don’t know where they go. Need help to get this sorted. All this being fixed with MILs permission. If it can be fixed in the morning that would be swell! Happy to work with you on times though. Side note: It is urgent that we need access to the television as we have my autistic brother in law who visits every week and has a set routine every week. If he cannot use this, it upsets him greatly and may cause behaviours. Please help!!

I have just switched my Telstra service to Optus and I now have a Fetch TV box that needs to be connected. But I have a wall mounted TV with cables in the wall cavity and the technician's only suggestion was to stretch the wire across the front of the wall to plug into the back of the TV (which wasn't the case with the old Foxtel box). Obviously this isn't what I want, so I need someone who can come and look at the connections that I had and fix this up for me.

I currently have Fetch TV installed and running. The picture drops out on a semi regular basis. Playing with the HDMI cable seems to fix it, but the drop out is not caused by the cable being bumped at all. Recently, we have also been getting some green screens. The internet and the antenna were both serviced at the start of this year, so should not be causing any issues.
