Jack did a fantastic job of setting up my Fetch tv-managed to trouble shoot the error message I was getting, link it through the surround sound and even gave me some tips on using the whole system. Very thorough and was happy to stay until I had tried all the functions and was comfortable with the technology-no mean feat given my lack of tech knowledge! Would definitely recommend him to others and he will be the first person I call if I need help again in the future.

Need someone to help me solve an internet/wifi connection issue at my apartment. I have an iinet-issued modem, model Archer VR1600v I have one data hole in each room at my new place. There is one telephone port on the property but it’s nowhere near a data hole and is not practical to have an extension cord across the room. I think I need a cable that goes from the hole in the wall, which is a WAN size hole to the correct hole on my modem/wifi box, which has a DSL hole. Plugging in my existing cord which is WAN to LAN on the modem does not work. iinet says the broadband service is all connected and I just need an adaptor from the wall to the right hole? Need some help here please.

Hi, I just moved to a new apartment. I transferred existing internet / tv service from my old place. I have iinet internet working in the new apartment. ( service was successfully transferred from my old place). I would like this Airtasker to set up the fetch tv. The issue is the internet modem and tv are in separate rooms. (In my old place both internet and tv connections were in the same room. I bought some hardware but I’m not sure if it is the correct hardware. I took some pics.
