Shower screen was reinstalled by the builder after floor rectification works, but not at an acceptable location... It sits too far into the bathroom area (and not in line with the step), and door is misaligned. Configuration is one fixed panel - brackets to wall, and one hinged door - hinges to wall I'd like these to be removed and reinstalled to the correct location, with fixed panel and door fully aligned as they should be... Please note that this current position is already a second one - the original one was no longer usable after floor rectification works (cause the floor height increased a few mm), requiring the builder to drill new holes to reinstall it. so there is already holes for 2 positions into the wall I understand some holes might be visible after brackets are relocated and will need patching. Service would be: remove the glass from the wall, assess, reinstall it to correct location and all aligned, patch any visible holes not covered by the brackets that might be visible after this relocation, clear silicone to fixed glass perimeter (floor and wall)

Kitchen sink is leaking - seems that the pipe has detached from the bottom of the drainage. Top of the sink drain has come off as well.
