Need to fix the rubber supporter of the window in attached pic

5 small banks of louvres + 2x sliding windows + replace security mesh front door. Louvres are sitting angled within their frames and when shut don’t provide a seal, closing mechanism doesn’t neatly shut. Sliding windows sit wonky in the tracks and don’t provide a neat close. Need to refelt the sliding windows too. Replace front hinged security door (I will provide this)

Timber casement window repairs: replace a broken hinge; and adjust/re-align a couple of windows so that they stop catching and open/close more easily. (Security bars have already been removed).

We have a broken window on our kids’ cubby house. We would like someone to secure the window and make sure the rest of the wall is safe and secure.

Currently the wheels on the inside of the window has broken away and has been biting into the sliding part of the window frame. Have been advised just to buy capping to help it slide but do need to fix the wheels. Any suggestions to fix without placing whole window. - Due date: Flexible
