Hi, I’m looking for someone to fully reseal an exterior timber window frame next to my front door. The timber and paint around the window has cracked and lifted in places, and I’d like the entire window perimeter properly sealed, not just patched. Photos attached. The bottom timber of the window frame is rotten and needs to be replaced.

Thinking of getting a carpenter or tradesperson to build something bespoke to help stop noise travelling through an airgap between apartments via the hollow aluminum window frames (spandrel wall). Obvious option is for secondary glazing to sit behind existing window, however I was thinking of some type of casing / shell / trims to be made to go over the existing aluminum frame, with a mass loaded vinyl underneath, as combined this should dampen the sound. This would be required on 1 x large (3 pane window) and 3 x smaller windows. Also, open to suggestions for alternative methods.

Reposting this again was unable to respond earlier . The bottom part of a wooden window is rotten and coming off . The glass is good to be reused which is 4 mm think . Need a wooden frame to match the current window frame possibly assemble at site using the glass and replace old one . The window is on the upper level ( double story house) .
