I am looking for a quotation to install 4 downlights and replacing a ceiling fan in our master bedroom. I will provide the downlights and new fan and other wiring if needed.

One of the internal handrail brackets is no longer level after too much weight was placed on the handrail. See photo. I need someone to make the bracket level again. I am unsure if the bracket is installed in a stud or wall plaster. In addition, I would like additional brackets to be installed as the existing brackets are too far apart. Currently, the handrail is wobbly and not secure. See photo. Please advise if the additional brackets can be provided? Thank you.

Hi, I’m looking to get some plaster walls repaired after they were damaged. Most of the holes are roughly the size of an A4 sheet of paper, and there’s one larger hole about the size of an A1 sheet. The walls are internal plasterboard. I’d like to know: Approximately how long it would take to patch and repair these areas. An estimated cost for the repair. Whether you also do painting, as some walls are blue and others are white, and I’d like them finished so they’re ready to look uniform. Please let me know if you need to see photos to give a more accurate estimate.
