You need a concrete drill. The window is the same width as the window so the installation must be very precise.

I need 10 Venetian blinds that I have already bought installed at my rental property at Bass Hill. The widest one is approx 1.4m so it is a one person job. Some of then aren't very big. The house was just painted and tenants just moved in, just need the blinds to be installed. 9 blinds are going to be recess fit and one is face fit. This is a VERY old blind from the 50's-60's. The side straps that hold the venetian in place have broken off the strap that keeps them in place. The string that allows the venetian to open and close also needs replacing. It is approximately 3 metres in length.

Pull cord of venetian blind is broken. Bring the replacing cord.
