Hi, I need someone to hang 2 largeish artworks on 2 interior walls (no ladder needed) secure a toilet seat which has started to move from side to side (wrench needed?) and take away an old Samsung tv and dispose of it. The first artwork is 80cm x 80cm and weighs 8.4 kilos The second is 94 wide and 82 highand weighs 6.6 kilos You won't need a ladder as both artworks can be hung while standing on the floor. I can help you hang both. You will have to supply your own hooks, nails, leveller, etc as I have nothing. Other jobs I have a loose toilet seat which needs a bit of attention. And I would like an old 80cm taken away. It's disconnected and ready to be removed. The job is based in Brisbane City. It can only be done on Wednesday. The toilet seat has been incorrectly/poorly secured and is now extremely loose and unusable. The fixing/hinge mechanism is not holding the seat securely, causing it to slide and flop around.Remove the existing toilet seat and fixing hardware.Inspect the toilet fixing holes and determine the correct fixing method.Correctly secure the existing seat if it is suitable, OR recommend and install a suitable replacement seat/fixings if the current one is unsuitable.Ensure the finished seat is completely secure and does not move.Note: I don’t have the original packaging or details of the seat, so I need someone who can assess the existing toilet and work out the appropriate solution rather than simply tightening what is there. Task 2: Curtain Rod Replacement. Remove the existing single curtain rod.Supply (by prior agreement) or advise on a suitable double curtain rod/bracket, and securely install it.The goal is to be able to hang a sheer blind underneath and a standard curtain on top. Door handles install, holes already drilled in door and architrave. Deadlock purchased just needs to be installed. Approx 4 toilet seats need to be reset in place. Brand new toilets install but toilet seats are wobbly, just need adjusting. URGENT needs to be done 14th Thursday before 3pm.
