We are selling our house at the moment. We need someone who can do great job in updating our toilet seat as well as the sliding door preferably as soon as possible.

I need a new Haron Soft Close White Polypropylene Toilet Seat - purchased then replaced please. The above brand will fit the toilet and should cost no more than $40 at Bunnings. Please remove current (broken) seat and install the one you bring. You will also need to bring any silicone etc. you need to attach it, please. Thanks.

Just need this bidet safely removing and a new soft close loo seat installing. A little tricky maybe because of access to the seat fixings. I have the installation instructions for the bidet. Happy to pay separately for the new loo seat.
