Flashings appear aged and some bent and must be checked to ensure they are watertight. 4. Some cracking of mortar to capping was evident with some cappings easily lifted. 5.Broken roof tiles were found obstructing the valleys. 6. Whole roof repointed 7. Complete roof washing Maintenance works are required to help preserve and extend the life span of the roof. A licensed builder, roof plumber and/or roofing contractor is required to fix it
