The Issue: One sliding wardrobe door is dragging/sticking on the bottom track. The height adjustment screw on one bottom corner is stripped and spinning continuously without raising the door. The bottom roller mechanism needs to be replaced.

The wall will need to be patched with gyprock, plaster joins and then wall painted. I need wall to look like it was never repaired. The repair will be about 400mm x 1000mm going from door to back of wall. Wall to be painted about 1500mm x 2000mm I am installing a small sink.
