Need an experienced handyman or sliding door technician to replace the bottom roller assembly on a sliding wardrobe door and re-align it so it slides smoothly. The Issue: One sliding wardrobe door is dragging/sticking on the bottom track. The height adjustment screw on one bottom corner is stripped and spinning continuously without raising the door. The bottom roller mechanism needs to be replaced.
James helped me with the sliding doors of my wardrobe. He was able to bring the right parts(wheels) to replace on the door and ensured that the door slides properly and closes up. He also gave me the old wheels and told me to keep them in case I need them in future. Highly recommend James.

We hired a tradie to install security door a few months back and paid deposit. He got the door measure but ghosted us after that and not responding. We now have the door in my garage and not installed. I have attached the pictures and it needs a lock which I can buy. Roof Maintenance Required 1. Gutters and downpipes are blocked by leaf debris. 2. Broken roof tiles and slippage of roof tiles have been identified. 3. Flashings appear aged and some bent and must be checked to ensure they are watertight. 4. Some cracking of mortar to capping was evident with some cappings easily lifted. 5.Broken roof tiles were found obstructing the valleys. 6. Whole roof repointed 7.
