Please see attached diagram. That is to build a custom joinery in a space that’s 3.2m wide by 3m high. Depth required 50cm. On one corner of space there’s an ac vent covered with gyprock wall. Which is 35cm wide. That can go inside joinery. But will be behind the tall cabinet accessible when required. Aesthetically the final product to look like in reference pic given( color and finish)
