Looking for an experienced carpenter or handyman to install a 15mm plywood subfloor over an existing timber deck for an enclosed balcony-to-sunroom conversion in Seven Hills. Framing and windows are already professionally installed. Project Specs: Floor Area: 6.2m x 1.9m (~11.8 sq m). Existing Base: Timber deck boards running parallel to the house walls. Materials: 5 sheets of 2400x1200x15mm CD structural plywood. Scope of Work: 1. Cut & Layout: Cut and lay sheets into a staggered brick pattern. Row 1: full 1200mm width. Row 2: ripped down to 700mm wide. 2. Edge Sealing: Seal all 4 edges of every cut and factory plywood panel with a 1:1 PVA glue/water mix before fixing to prevent moisture swelling. 3. Installation: Apply continuous lines of construction adhesive (Liquid Nails) to the deck boards to prevent squeaks. Fix sheets using 50mm timber screws spaced 150mm at edges and 300mm in the center. 4. Gapping & Sealing: Maintain a mandatory 3mm expansion gap around the perimeter and between all sheets using spacers. Fill all joints flush with flexible polyurethane timber gap filler. Important Notes: Materials Provided: I will supply all permanent materials (plywood, PVA glue, Liquid Nails, screws, timber gap filler). Tools: Please bring your own professional tools (circular saw, guide rails, drill/impact driver, caulking gun). Precision: Total floor buildup must remain tight/flush due to low ceiling constraints. Care is required at the transition doorway to ensure it does not create a severe trip hazard. Timber faces must remain raw (no membranes). Please provide your labor quote and estimated timeframe. House built in 1970s with floor board sitting on brick/concrete stumps. Haver access to the floor cavity. Qualified licensed carpenter only pls. 1) Two to three bouncy floor areas. Most likely needing to strengthen the joists by about 6 hardwood timber beams size 140mm x 2m each. 2) replace/tidy up a few areas where the wedges worn out or not even. Ideally provide me with an estimated price bases on the specifications above.

Looking to install wooden shelves on the brick walls ( outside area) . Around 15 shelves of 3 meter each with a thick ness of around 3 cms and depth of 45-50 cms supported by brackets.
