I tried to install a new door but realised it’s about 1cm too wide for the existing frame. I’m looking for someone to help trim the door to the correct width and fit it to the frame.

Will need a fix for the ceiling, wall and a door..will also need a little paint to match.

Hello, I need one length of cornice installed my bathroom today, it’s approx 2m long. I can provide cornice cement and I can paint it myself. You would need to supply the actual cornice as I’ve had a go at doing this myself and butchered the existing cornice. I need this done urgently as I have sold this house and need to have this repaired before settlement tomorrow (Wednesday). Note I believe this is a 75mm cornice which is out of stock at my local Bunnings. This is a pretty small job good for a handy person or plasterer.

Technician or Carpenter to take door off hinges and router a 15mm (W) x 35mm (D) gap in base of timber front door to install an automatic drop seal supplied. Will also need to router or chisel 2x end plates 57mm (H) x 21mm (W) x 1.2mm (D). Drop seal is aluminium and will need to be cut and shortened from factory length 1070mm to fit door approx. 1000mm.
