Rectification is required for the incorrectly installed gutter section. Nails were used instead of proper screws, and two fixing points have come loose. Additionally, one gutter support strap is unsecured and needs to be re-fixed appropriately. Photos attached. Front of the house: single-storey, easy access. Approx. 5 to 6 metres affected.
Jesse fixed the issue quickly and professionally. Great communication and very efficient. Highly recommended.
