I need my apartment’s 70m2 ceiling covered with Soundchek or equivalent plasterboard. Ceiling is old popcorn styled and is covering a cement roof. Would like plaster board directly over popcorn (ie no battens) to keep 2400 ceiling height There are no cornices and no lights in the way

Bedroom size approx 3m x 4m x 2.4m. Some new plasterboard bulkheads have been installed and cornice has been removed to each room. Require plastering to bulkheads and set edge cornice.

There was a small patch of paint removed when i recomved 3M tape. To fix it, I used bunnings 4 in 1 poly wall repair kit but i suspect that and unsatisfactory job was done. However, ive painted over with both primer and paint there appears to be a patch. Personally unsure of what the solution is so I am looking for a professional to help with the issue. Thank you!
