A meter of ceiling cornice plaster board discoloured needs replacing

Need ceiling done including plastering and corner should be as per picture. Except painting all should look like standard ceiling. Size of the area is given.

I require a small box air conditioner removed (and disposed of) from a wall. The external chamfer boards need to be matched, supplied, replaced and the internal plaster wall patched.
