Need to patch & paint the cement sheeted eve/soffit. - Crack around drainpipe cover needs patching. - Silicone the crack in the stormwater pipe. - Letterbox is locked, no key provided on the key-set to open it. Need to drill out the existing lock and replace unit with a new barrel lock and 2 keys. - Repair the broken inspection cover on the lawn by cutting off existing inspection point and replace with a new 100mm fitting - Remove tree stump in backyard. Some of these tasks are minor and would take only a few minutes. The patchwork and stump removal are the only tasks that would take a little longer. Unfortunately I have no pictures. The date it needs to be done is just a done by date. I would prefer in the next three weeks. Any later and I will probably need to cancel again and reassign.
