We have bought a 6m x 5m shade sail we need to install over the pictured area. I believe one side can be secured to the existing steel posts shown in the picture but we need fittings secured to or around the roof area shown in the third picture. Have all fittings as well.

Rental property - bathroom renovation. Bathroom has been gutted and gyprock needs to be repaired/replaced in preparation for tiler. There is also a second door in the bathroom which I would like removed and closed up on either side (walk in wardrobe on the other side). There is a separate toilet which will also require a small amount of gyprock to be repaired. I have attached photos. The bathroom measurements at 2 meters x 2.75 meters. Need to remove and remount our outdoor awning. Install a solid continuous timber mounting board across the existing timber frame, cut to fit, secured straight and level, sealed and painted to match the house. Then remount the awning securely.
