Rental property - bathroom renovation. Bathroom has been gutted and gyprock needs to be repaired/replaced in preparation for tiler. There is also a second door in the bathroom which I would like removed and closed up on either side (walk in wardrobe on the other side). There is a separate toilet which will also require a small amount of gyprock to be repaired. I have attached photos. The bathroom measurements at 2 meters x 2.75 meters. I live on the Gold Coast and will be at the townhouse on Wednesday 14th October if you'd like to have a look. I don't know about cost so have just put in $100 - would be keen for a quote.

A plumber will be leaving about 2 smallish holes in the walls that are plaster only. He will also be leaving a hole in the bathroom in a small tiled area so we may need a small amount of water proofing and tiling in that area too. He will be doing the work on Tuesday the 6th of October so I don’t have pictures of the holes yet. I have provided a picture of the tiled area that will have to be repaired behind this mixer.

I need the small area plastered - 1 metre x 2 metres approx. Only centre plaster needs replacing. Please quote inclusive of materials. Please note this is a small area. The roof has been fixed and plaster is now dry and ready for replastering.

I need small repairs to patch the ceiling of 2 rooms. 1 from removal of a ceiling fan, the other through investigating a possible leak. Photos attached.
