Need both staircases fixed so they are safe for rental property. I welcome any guidance or advice for materials and how to repair. Staircase 1 - Existing staircase is mostly sturdy, just some loose pavers / stone needs to be re-cemented to fix. Staircase 2 - Soil underneath is incredibly soft and has eroded. Possibly needs a new frame for pavers to sit on? Or a new base + relaying pavers, this staircase needs the most repair. Please quote materials or price range, this budget is for labour only. There is a bunnings across the road from house. There is no need for additional stone / pavers, existing can be used. I do not anticipate this will take more than a couple hours.

I want to install roller blind and curtain rod in windows in one room. Window size is 90 inch by 50 inch.

Replace old, torn canopy with new one on gazebo. Must own a ladder to access top of canopy.

Sand back and restain 2 decks, stairs, privacy fence at 2 different places. Need to bring your own stuff tools and decking stain.
