I need a handyman or electrician to look at two issues at my home: 1. Ceiling fan wobble – One of my fans shakes when running at normal speed. Likely just needs balancing and screws tightened. No wiring changes required (just mechanical). 2. Front porch sensor light – The light flickers and sometimes works incorrectly. I'm not sure if it's a bad bulb, dirty sensor, or wiring issue. Need someone to diagnose and fix if simple (e.g. replace bulb or clean sensor). If it needs new fittings or complex rewiring, please advise before proceeding. I'm a novice – happy to leave tools and materials up to you. Have a new letterbox and post to replace one that was recently damaged.
