We need a Daytek MK2 clothesline installed in our backyard. Basic initial assembly of the clothesline has been done, now the next step is to have the concreting done in the ground. I have 2 bags of quick set concrete of 20kg each. This will need about 48 hours to fully set and then rest of the clothesline installation will continue. I will also need the old clothesline be removed and discarded. It's already uninstalled and sitting in garage. Pictures of old clothesline attached. P.S. the treadmill suddenly stopped work. Cannot switch on. I had just turned it on when I suddenly heard a popping sound, and then the treadmill stopped responding. I searched online and found it might be a blown fuse. I opened the front cover to look for the fuse as the instructions online suggested, but I couldn’t find it. My treadmill model is the NordicTrack® Sport 30, and I read online that this model doesn’t have a fuse. Other than that, I haven’t used any other troubleshooting methods.

Have a new letterbox and post to replace one that was recently damaged. Hole is already dug though may need more work and the letterbox post set in concrete with a portion of the concrete above ground as a collar to be able to mow easily around the post. This is a pic of the old letterbox that was damaged which is now out of the ground. The new one is basically the same style. Budget around $150.00 but open to reasonable quotes.

A bathroom door is sagging and is scraping on the floor when opening. The doorknob lock also seems misaligned slightly with the bolt hole on the door frame. Need someone handy to fix the door so that it can be opened/closed without scraping and the doorknob to be aligns with the frame. You can saw off parts of the door if required.
