I have a covered verandah/porch with a sagging ceiling and water leaking through during heavy rain. The ceiling appears to have been affected by ongoing water ingress. I need someone experienced to: Identify and fix the source of the water leak, likely around the roof/flashing/gutter area. Repair or replace the damaged/sagging ceiling as required. Check the supporting structure for any water damage. Make sure the area is properly sealed and does not leak during heavy rain. Photos attached. Please assess the cause of the leak rather than just patching the ceiling. Looking for someone experienced with roof leaks, flashing and verandah/porch ceiling repairs. Glass door and fly screen installation and replace old doors

Need an experienced handyman to construct a timber base and assemble a Plantcraft garden shed (2.36m x 1.31m). Shed kit is already supplied (brand new in box). Build a level base using H4 treated timber frame with structural exterior plywood on top. Anchor the timber frame securely into the ground with steel ground pegs/anchors. Assemble the shed and fix/screw it securely onto the timber base. Tasker to supply all timber, hardware, screws, and ground anchors for the base. Site is in the backyard with a slight slope.

The fly screen on my sliding balcony door has come loose. The rubber spline has perished and popped out along the bottom and one side, so the mesh is hanging free.
