Kitchen cupboards, drawers and shelves need sanding and painting, inside and out. 9 cupboard doors, 1 unit of 5 drawers, 1 shelf emd. I can supply paint on your advice or pay you extra to supply. Additionally corner cupboards are lost space - would appreciate a solution (rehanging doors or installation of a dolly, etc)

Hi, thanks to the storms and a tree branch coming down, I need a small patch (it’s two sheets and roughly 135x150 total area) of corrugated tin screwed down on my water tank. Access is very good and all tin is in place: it needs about 6-8 screws put in, there is stainless steel struts underneath For the tin to screw into. I’ve tried a cordless and corded drill, will prob need an impact driver or the holes pre drilled.. All screws here, would take 10 mins for someone with the driver and know how. The required screw location is easy- just follow the existing line. - Due date: Needs to be done on Sunday, 7 August 2022

Looking for experienced airtasker who has fitted similar in the past and has reviews to back it up.

We have 3 large roman blinds that have broken cords which need to be re-strung (by someone who knows what they are doing). We've tried to fix them multiple times but the knots keep coming undone or the cords snap as the tension across all the cords isn't even. Would love someone to come over and fix these - they are driving us crazy.

There are 3 or 4 spots (across 2 rooms) which have creaky floorboards. I would like them not to creak! The rooms are carpeted. I have looked at a product like Squeak No More but don't trust my ability to correctly locate the joists - which I suspect wouldn't be an issue for someone with better tools and experience!

We need a new letterbox to be mounted to a granite wall. Wood panel needs to be drilled onto our granite wall, then Letter box needs to be attached onto a backing wood panel. We think a 7mm diamond tip drill bit is required to make holes into granite wall. We have all tools and materials required, you just need to byo drill and drill bit for granite wall.

Initially we need someone to install a second hand kitchen/ pantry and laundry, to make a template for hard wood workbenches ,then fitting the workbenches once they have been made by the manufacturer. Looking for someone to come and spend some time analysing my entire home and looking for gaps in the roof cavity, roof itself + subfloor. You'll be spending most of your time looking for gaps etc and the rest of the time actually filling in the gaps. We currently have a rat infestation that we are trying to deal with. The roof cavity has rat activity therefore you will need to bring your own safety equipment (mask, protective clothing etc). Its not pleasant in there. I cant find the gaps (apart from pictured) hence the task. You'll need to go in the roof cavity, on the roof and in the subfloor. The first 2 gaps will need grates not filled. If you have done jobs like this before mention that in your offer. As far as payment goes. Unsure whether we do a flat fee, hourly rate or per gap fee. If you can somehow prove this blocks how rats get in, you will be a legend and rewarded. This is not a quick job. You - must have great feedback, ideally similarish jobs and have experience.
